Greek Summer | Mykonos & Santorini

Suggestion for the day:

• Start your morning with a visit to Ano Mera village, which is located outside of Mykonos town but still within easy reach by scooter or car. Here you can explore some of the oldest churches on the island – Panagia Tourliani and Santa Anna – as well as one-of-a-kind traditional shops selling locally produced crafts and souvenirs.
• Afterward, head to Delos Island for an afternoon full of ancient Greek history; here you will find stunning ruins from Greek mythology such as Apollo’s temple dedicated to Artemis, as well as several museums housing artifacts found onsite.
• For dinner head back to Mykonos town and sample delicious local fare including seafood dishes unique to this region such as kolokithokeftedes (stuffed zucchini balls) or fava bean dumplings served with capers and myzithra cheese.
• To finish off your evening enjoy some drinks at one of Mykonos’ famous beach bars such as Cavo Paradiso or Scorpios while taking in breathtaking views over the sea. 

Suggestion for the day:

• Spend the afternoon relaxing at Red Beach, one of Santorini’s most popular beaches. With its striking red rock formations, crystal-clear waters and golden sand, it’s no wonder why this spot is popular among visitors. Go for a swim or just simply soak up some sun!
• In the evening, make your way to Amoudi Bay for a magical sunset experience. Admire striking views from atop 300 steps carved into volcanic rock before spending quality time with friends and family over dinner at one of the seafood tavernas lining nearby streets. 

Suggestion for the day:

• Begin your day bright and early by visiting The Archaeological Museum in Thira. Marvel at ancient artifacts from prehistoric times that tell stories about life on Santorini centuries ago.
• From there, head to Akrotiri Lighthouse to see an awe-inspiring view of the island’s south coast. Climb up to the top for a spectacular 360 degree vista - perfect for an unforgettable photo op!
• Next up is Nea Kameni – a small uninhabited volcanic island within reach via boat tour where you can get up close and personal with active volcanoes!
• After lunch at one of Santorini’s traditional tavernas, spend your afternoon getting lost in beautiful vineyards tucked away in Megalochori village before heading back in time as you explore archaeological ruins in Ancient Thera - an old city built more than 3 millennia ago!  
• End your day with a wine sunset tour! 

Suggestion for the day:

• Stop by Emporio village – renowned for its multi-colored churches perched atop rocky hills offering incredible views overlooking some beaches below! Be sure to snap lots of photos here before heading off towards Vlychada marina where you can relax and watch yachts sail past while enjoying cocktails against the breathtaking backdrop of the infinite blue sea ahead!  

Suggestion for the day:

• Wander around Perissa beach – renowned for its black sand beaches stretching across 7km where you can find plenty of activities such as jet skiing or windsurfing along deep blue waterside…serenity awaits here so don’t miss out on it during your stay in Santorini!  
• Later keep discovering unique local culture during a visit to handicraft stores brimming with handmade souvenirs such as traditional pottery pieces which make great gifts if looking forward to bringing something home from Greece…so don’t forget about a shopping spree too during your vacation days here!
