About Yes Getaways

Yes Getaways is a travel brand of Inovtravel, a Portuguese tour operator registered under licence RNAVT 3877 and accredited by IATA (#64212116). It sells vacation packages to Europe for travelers from the United States and Canada. Each package bundles round-trip flights and hotels and, depending on the trip, train tickets, airport transfers, cruises or guided experiences. The same team also plans custom trips around each traveler's dates, cities and budget.

Who we are

Yes Getaways started in the Azores. Founder and CEO Luis Nunes, who grew up on the islands, worked as a software consultant and at Azores Airlines before founding Ideastation, Soluções Informáticas, in 2011 to develop his own travel search and booking technology.

That technology became the base for Inovtravel, an online travel agency that uses it to combine flights, hotels and ground services into a single booking. Inovtravel runs three brands, each for a different market:

• Azores Getaways: vacations in the Azores islands.
• Portugal Getaways: vacations across mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores.
• Yes Getaways: vacations across Europe.

The company is based at Avenida Eng. Luís Alberto Meireles Martins Mota, nº 8, 9560-414 Lagoa, Azores, Portugal.

What Yes Getaways sells

Every package includes round-trip flights from the U.S. or Canada and hotels. The main trip types are:

• City breaks: one city, with flights and a central hotel.
• Train trips: two to six cities linked by train, with the train tickets included.
• Road trips: flights, hotels and a rental car for self-drive routes.
• Cruises: air-inclusive cruises in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe and other regions.
• All-inclusive beach vacations: 7 nights in all-inclusive hotels in the Canary Islands, the Mediterranean, Madeira and Cape Verde.
• Christmas market trips: seasonal itineraries to the markets of Austria, Germany, Central Europe, Alsace and the Baltic capitals.
• Guided group trips: set departures with a guide.
• Custom trips: itineraries planned from scratch by a travel advisor.

How booking works

You can book a package online or plan a trip with a Yes Getaways travel advisor by phone, WhatsApp, chat or email. Advisors can change a standard package, for example by adding nights, switching hotels or adding a city, or build a new itinerary from the start.

Each booking has a trip manager, and the support team is available 7 days a week, from the moment you book until you return home.
