Best of Germany's Christmas Markets: Cologne, Nuremberg & Munich

This Yes Getaways package includes round-trip flights into and out of Cologne and Munich, airport transfers, train tickets between stops, and 7 nights of hotel accommodation (3 nights in Cologne, 2 nights in Nuremberg, 2 nights in Munich). Meals, transfers to train stations, city taxes at the hotel, and market extras such as food and mulled wine are not included.

Germany is part of the Schengen Area. US and Canadian passport holders currently do not need a visa for stays up to 90 days. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. ETIAS is not yet mandatory for Schengen entry, we will notify you when that changes. Germany has no active travel advisories, and it is the traveler's responsibility to confirm current requirements before departure. 

⚠️ Please note that entry into the United Kingdom requires an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) for many visa-exempt travellers, including eligible U.S. and Canadian citizens. If your itinerary includes arrival in, departure from, or a transit or layover through the United Kingdom, you may be required to obtain an ETA before travel. Entry requirements can change, and it is the traveler's responsibility to verify current visa, passport, and transit requirements before departure through their government's official travel advisory website.

Meals beyond what's built into your hotel rate are not included, and breakfast is not guaranteed at every property. You can check whether breakfast is included for each hotel, and add it during the booking process for an additional cost if it isn't. Yes, the package price is based on two travelers sharing a room, so solo travelers pay a single supplement. Contact the Yes Getaways team and we'll make it easy, or check solo pricing by changing guests from 2 to 1 in the booking calendar. 

Checked luggage is not always included, it depends on the airline and fare type in your package. Some fares include one checked bag per person, others cover carry-on only. Since you'll be moving between four cities by train, packing light is worth considering regardless. You can check and add luggage during the booking process, or contact the Yes Getaways team for help.

Yes. Fill in the Plan This Trip For Me form with your travel dates, departure city, and group size, and the Yes Getaways team will put together a full proposal and send it by email, usually within 24 hours. You can also download a quote directly from the package page.
