Day 1Arrival in Hanoi, Vietnam!
Welcome to Hanoi! Your journey begins with convenient airport transfers included upon arrival and departure. We recommend considering an early check-in for your comfort.

Suggestion For The Day:

Ease into Hanoi with a stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake - a peaceful spot in the city center perfect for relaxing and people-watching. Visit the Ngoc Son Temple on the lake’s small island for a touch of history and culture. Then explore the nearby Old Quarter streets and try the famous egg coffee at a local café.

End your day with a leisurely cyclo ride around the lake to enjoy the city lights.

For dinner, savor authentic Vietnamese cuisine at Quan An Ngon, a popular restaurant known for its wide variety of traditional dishes in a charming setting.

Day 2Hanoi
Today, there are no scheduled activities until the evening, giving you time to explore the city on your own.

In the evening, you’ll meet your CEO (Chief Experience Officer) and fellow travelers during the welcome meeting - a great opportunity to go over the plan for the days ahead and connect with your group. If you feel like it, join the group for an optional dinner at a local restaurant afterward.
Check the hotel lobby or ask reception for the exact time and meeting location.

Optional Activities:

Tran Quoc Pagoda - Visit one of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam located on the eastern shore of Tay Ho. Learn about its 17th-century history.

Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum Visit - Free to 1 USD per person. Tour the grounds of this historic site (7:30–10:30 AM, closed Mon & Fri).

Thăng Long Water Puppet Theatre Performance - 200,000 VND per person. Watch a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show with live music and intricate puppetry. VIP seating included.

Day 3Hanoi - Ha Long Bay
Today you’ll travel to the stunning UNESCO-listed Hạ Long Bay, where you'll cruise among thousands of limestone karsts aboard a traditional junk boat.

Enjoy a scenic 4-hour drive from Hanoi to Bai Chay harbour, the gateway to Ha Long Bay. Board your junk boat and begin your cruise through the emerald waters, passing dramatic limestone cliffs and islets.

Along the way, stop to explore a cave and visit an island lookout. Depending on conditions, you may also choose to swim or kayak.

In the evening, savour a fresh seafood dinner on board, then relax on the deck under the stars.

Optional Activity: Kayaking – Hạ Long Bay (1–2 hrs) - 10 USD per person. Glide through the calm waters by kayak to get even closer to the majestic limestone formations.

Transport: Shared van from Hanoi to Hạ Long Bay (approx. 4 hrs);

Activities: Ha Long Bay cruise / island and cave visits (weather permitting);

Day 4Ha Long Bay - Hanoi - Huế (overnight train)
Enjoy breakfast and lunch on board before sailing back to the port and return to Hanoi.

Enjoy some free time in Hanoi’s vibrant city center - browse shops, sip a coffee by the lake, or relax with a refreshing bia hoi (local draft beer) on a street corner.

Later, board an overnight train to Huế, where you’ll rest comfortably in a sleeping berth during your journey south.

Optional Activity: Hanoi Foodie Culture Tour (1–2 km walk)
Join a guided street food tour through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, tasting local specialties like nem ran and banh goi. Visit lively markets and end with a traditional coffee and a draught beer at a streetside bar.

Transport / Accommodation: Private vehicle from Hạ Long Bay to Hanoi (approx. 3 hrs) / Overnight train from Hanoi to Huế with sleeping berth (approx. 13–14 hrs);

Day 5Huế
Arriving early to Huế, once the imperial capital of Vietnam, you’ll begin the day with a guided visit to three of its most iconic historical sites: the elegant Thien Mu Pagoda, the impressive Imperial Citadel, and one of the Royal Tombs along the Perfume River.

After, opt for a vegetarian lunch at a local nunnery.

In the afternoon, consider tasting local specialties like banh khoai (savoury pancake) or banh bot loc (shrimp and pork dumplings), and pair them with a refreshing Hue beer.

Optional Activity: Hue Motorbike Tour - Ride with a local driver and explore markets, rural life, incense-making, and scenic viewpoints. An immersive cultural experience with plenty of photo stops.

Day 6Huế - Hoi An
Depart Huế and enjoy a scenic drive along the Hai Van Pass (weather permitting), where panoramic views of the mountains and coastline offer stunning photo opportunities. Arrive in Hoi An by the afternoon, a charming riverside town known for its lantern-lit streets, tailored clothes, and unique cultural heritage.

With three nights in Hoi An, you'll have plenty of time to experience all it has to offer. This afternoon is free - relax or begin exploring the town’s quaint alleys, riverside cafés, and colourful shops.

Some optional things to do during your stay: take a Vietnamese cooking class, enjoy a riverboat cruise, cycle through the countryside, relax at An Bang beach, visit a local tailor, or take a half-day trip to the ancient My Son ruins.

Day 7Hoi An
Spend the day exploring everything Hoi An has to offer. Immerse yourself in the local culture, relax on the beach, or get custom clothes made at one of the many tailor shops around town.

Noodle-making demonstration and lunch at Oodles of Noodles: Learn to prepare a variety of local noodle dishes in this hands-on activity. You'll discover some of the 26 types of noodles popular in the region while supporting a project that empowers local youth through hospitality training.

Day 10Ho Chi Minh City
