Yes. Round-trip flights are included in the package. Other departure cities are available on the calendar or on request. The package price depends on the selected airport. Seat selection, extra baggage, and cabin class upgrades to premium economy or business class are not included in the package price but can be arranged as paid add-ons before finalizing your booking, subject to availability.

The pre-cruise and post-cruise hotel nights are recommended but not mandatory. The pre-cruise night is a great way to get to know Seattle before boarding and removes the risk of a delayed flight causing you to miss embarkation. The post-cruise night gives you the same travel safety. If you prefer to fly home directly on disembarkation day, contact the Yes Getaways team and we will customize the package, including arranging a direct transfer from the airport to the cruise terminal if the pre-cruise night is skipped.

• The ship returns to Seattle at 7:00 AM on day 8.

Southeast Alaska has one of the richest concentrations of marine wildlife in North America. Humpback whales, orcas, sea lions, and bald eagles are commonly spotted, particularly around Juneau and during Glacier Bay scenic cruising, though sightings are never guaranteed. Pack in layers: temperatures on deck can be 5°C to 10°C (9°F to 18°F) cooler than in port, and rain is possible in any month. A waterproof jacket, comfortable walking shoes, and binoculars are worth bringing. Warmer clothing is recommended even in peak summer.

The standard package is typically based on an interior or similar. Upgrades to a balcony, suite, or The Haven are available at an additional cost and subject to availability. Wi-Fi is not included in the cruise fare. It can be added during the booking process as a daily pass or for the full voyage, along with other onboard add-ons. Connectivity in Southeast Alaska and Glacier Bay can be slower or intermittent due to the remote terrain. 

Yes. The Norwegian Encore has dedicated youth facilities for all ages, including Guppies for infants and toddlers, Splash Academy for children 3 to 12, and the Entourage Teen Club for ages 13 to 17. The Aqua Park and Kids' Aqua Park add waterslides and pools suited to different age groups. Family cabins and connecting staterooms can be arranged. Main dining at Savour, Taste, the Manhattan Room, and the Garden Café buffet is included. 

Specialty restaurants including Cagney's Steakhouse, Onda by Scarpetta, Le Bistro, and Teppanyaki carry an additional cover charge. 

Drinks, gratuities, Wi-Fi, and spa treatments are not included in the base fare but can be added during the booking process through the Yes Getaways team or purchased on board.

Main theater productions, live music, and comedy shows are included, such as The Choir of Man, Kinky Boots, the Cavern Club Beatles tribute, and the Social Comedy & Nightclub. 

The Encore Speedway go-kart track and the Galaxy Pavilion virtual reality experience both carry an additional fee. Contact the Yes Getaways team if you would like to confirm current onboard pricing.

All transfers are included. On arrival, a transfer from Seattle Airport to your hotel is included. On embarkation day, a transfer from your Seattle hotel to the cruise terminal is included. On disembarkation, a transfer from the terminal back to your Seattle hotel is included. On departure day, a transfer from your hotel to Seattle Airport is included. No additional transport needs to be arranged independently.

The package includes hotels in downtown Seattle, all centrally located on or near the waterfront within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the cruise terminal. Options range from 3-star downtown properties to well-known waterfront hotels. The package price varies depending on the hotel selected. Yes. Shore excursions are not included in the package and are booked separately, either in advance through the Yes Getaways team or once on board. Popular options include a Mendenhall Glacier tour and whale watching in Juneau, the White Pass Scenic Railway in Skagway, and a flightseeing tour over the Misty Fjords in Ketchikan. 

Glacier Bay is a national park and preserve, and day 5 of this cruise is dedicated to scenic cruising rather than a port call. The ship sails slowly through the bay so passengers can view tidewater glaciers, including Margerie Glacier, from the open decks. No excursions are available since there is no docking, but it is one of the most photographed days of any Alaska cruise.

Yes. As a Canadian citizen, you need a valid passport to fly into Seattle and clear US Customs and Border Protection. Canadians do not need a visa to enter the United States for short visits, but a passport is required for air travel to the US regardless of citizenship. 

For the Victoria, British Columbia stop, you are returning briefly to Canadian territory and a passport is not required by Canada itself, though you will need it again to re-enter the US when the ship returns to Seattle. The simplest approach is to keep your passport on hand throughout the cruise. Entry requirements can change and it is the traveler's responsibility to verify current requirements before departure through their government's official travel advisory website.

Breakfast is included throughout the cruise. Hotel breakfast in Seattle is not included by default but can be added during the booking process. Gratuities are not included in the cruise fare and are typically charged automatically to your onboard account per person per day, or can be prepaid during the booking process. 

This package operates on a non-refundable fare basis from the moment of purchase. Travel insurance with cancellation cover is strongly recommended given the non-refundable nature of this fare.
