Day By Day Itinerary
Five stops, seven nights, one cabin. This Greek Isles cruise sails aboard Explorer of the Seas from Athens (Piraeus) to Rome (Civitavecchia), with 1 sea day before Italy. Every morning brings a new port, and you unpack once.
Mykonos has Little Venice and its windmills. Ephesus, about 18 km (11 mi) from the port at Kusadasi, holds the Library of Celsus and the Great Theatre. Santorini is reached by cable car up to Fira from the tender pier. Chania on Crete has a Venetian harbor and an old lighthouse, and Katakolon is the gateway to Ancient Olympia, where the Olympic Games began.
You start with a night in Athens and finish with a night in Rome, so the trip does not begin or end with a rush to the port. Round-trip flights, airport and port transfers, and gratuities are already in the package.
