Day By Day Itinerary

1. Day 1 Tuesday: Arrival in Madrid + Group Meeting

   • Meet & greet at the airport and take a private transfer to your hotel. 
   • At 7 PM, meet with your Tour Director at the hotel's Reception Desk for a welcome meeting. You will also meet your journey’s fellow travelers.
   • The rest of the day is at leisure.

2. Day 2 Wednesday: Explore Madrid Tour (Included)

   • Enjoy a full buffet breakfast at your hotel.
   • Madrid Tour: Set out for morning city discovery and enjoy one of the most exciting cities in the world, Madrid. See the highlights and live the passion this city has in its DNA.
   • Afternoon at your leisure to continue exploring the wonders that the city has to offer.
   • In the early evening, join your fellow travelers for an authentic Welcome Tapas Dinner at a local restaurant.

3. Day 3 Thursday: La Rioja Tour & Arrival in Bilbao

   • Enjoy a full buffet breakfast at your hotel.
   • La Rioja Tour: Embark on a journey to Northern Spanish territories, where your first stop is Laguardia, nestled in the heart of La Rioja, renowned for its world-class wines. Explore its vineyards and visit a traditional family-run wine cellar, where you'll savor the acclaimed Rioja Reds and indulge in a light lunch featuring local products.
   • Continue to Bilbao and free time at your leisure.
   • Meals Included: Breakfast & Lunch

4. Day 4 Friday: Bilbao & San Sebastian Tour

   • Enjoy a full buffet breakfast at your hotel.
   • Bilbao Tour: Explore Bilbao with your local guide, starting with the iconic titanium-clad Guggenheim Museum, a masterpiece by Frank Gehry. Wander through the historic "Siete Calles" district, marveling at beautifully restored buildings damaged in floods during the 1980s. Enjoy leisure time to explore the esplanade and admire the modern architectural wonder of the Guggenheim Museum.
   • San Sebastian Tour: Continue your journey to San Sebastian, one of Europe's most elegant destinations. Indulge in a traditional Pintxos lunch at the charming taverns of San Sebastian's old town. Take leisure time to explore this gorgeous town, with its extraordinary landscape dominated by the bay and the magnificent La Concha beach.

5. Day 5 Saturday: Santillana del Mar & Covadonga Tour + Arrival in Oviedo

   • Enjoy a full buffet breakfast at your hotel.
   • Santillana del Mar Tour: Depart to Santillana del Mar, one of the most important historical artistic towns in Spain. It contains architectural treasures such as the Collegiate of Santa Ana, a Jewel of the Romanesque Architecture in Cantabria.
   • Covadonga Tour: Continue to Covadonga, where you will have free time to see the Sanctuary and the Grotto where you will see the patroness of Asturias our Lady of Covadonga. In the afternoon, departure to Oviedo, where you will see on a series of hills the beauty of Saint Maria de Naranco Church, Jewel of the pre–Romanic Asturian architecture.
   • Free time to explore Oviedo, many of their streets are pedestrian, where you will be able to see World Heritage sites like The Cathedral, a splendid example of gothic Asturian architecture. 
   • Meals Included: Breakfast
6. Day 6 Sunday: Mondoñego & Lugo Tour + Arrival in Santiago de Compostela

   • Enjoy a full buffet breakfast at your hotel.
      
      
   • Mondoñego Tour: Bound for Galician landscapes. On the way to Lugo, take a short stop at Mondoñedo. Time at leisure to visit the 13th-century Cathedral and try the delicious “Mondoñedo's cake”.
   • Lugo Tour: Take a stroll to explore the Roman ruins that remain like its walls, declared Patrimony of the Humanity.
   • Arrival in Santiago: We finally approach Santiago de Compostela's holly land, declared World Heritage as it is the most important center of Christian Pilgrimages in Spain at the end of the Camino de Santiago route built during the Roman Empire. 
   • Meals Included: Breakfast
7. Day 7 Monday: Santiago de Compostela Tour

   • Enjoy a full buffet breakfast at your hotel.
   • Santiago de Compostela Tour: Stroll Santiago's old cobble streets as you capture its historical beauty. Feel the passion at Obradoiro Square and the Cathedral (entrance not included) dedicated to the Apostle Santiago.
   • Rest of the day at your leisure.
   • Meals Included: Breakfast 

    

8. Day 8 Tuesday: Arrival in Salamanca & Tour

   • Enjoy a full buffet breakfast at your hotel.
   • Salamanca Tour, Spain's University City: Enjoy a city tour of this University City World Heritage of great architectural and artistic wealth. 
   • Meals Included: Breakfast
9. Day 9 Wednesday: Avila Tour & Return to Madrid

   • Enjoy a full buffet breakfast at your hotel.
   • Avila Tour: Your journey is reaching its last steps, but we still must discover one of the oldest middle-aged Spanish jewels: Avila. Thousands of years contemplate this middle-aged walled town. Enjoy some time at leisure before reaching our final destinations. 
   • As the early evening descends, gather with your fellow travelers for a Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant in Madrid, creating lasting memories of your journey.

10. Day 10 Thursday: Return Flight Home

    After breakfast at your hotel, take a private transfer to the airport.
