This is a genuine repositioning cruise. Twice a year, MSC Euribia relocates between its Mediterranean season and its Northern Europe season. Rather than sailing round-trip from the same port, this itinerary follows that one-way journey, covering ground and ports most cruises never combine in a single sailing.

MSC Euribia, built in 2023, is one of the newest ships in the fleet, part of the Meraviglia Plus class. It was the first MSC ship with original artwork covering the hull, selected through an international competition. Onboard, the Galleria, a two-deck indoor promenade, has a digital LED dome ceiling and the fleet's first fine-art museum at sea. The ship's extensive indoor spaces are a genuine advantage on this itinerary specifically, given the route moves from the Mediterranean into cooler Northern European waters, where covered spaces matter more than on a typical warm-weather sailing.

Full board is included for the cruise portion, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the main dining venues and buffet. Drink packages and Wi-Fi are not included in the package price, but can be purchased directly through MSC Cruises, either before your cruise or on board.

Shore excursions are optional and not included in the package price. They can be booked directly through MSC Cruises before or during your cruise, or arranged independently at each port. We can also help arrange tours before departure.

• Genoa, Italy. Genoa's old town, one of the largest in Europe, is walkable from the port, with narrow lanes, palazzos from the city's days as a maritime republic, and one of Europe's largest aquariums.
• Barcelona, Spain. Barcelona's Barri Gòtic holds centuries of medieval history, and Gaudí's Sagrada Família anchors the city's Modernista architecture, still under construction more than a century after it began.
• Alicante, Spain. Santa Bárbara Castle sits on a hilltop above the old town, with the Explanada, a palm-lined seafront promenade, running along the harbor below.
• Gibraltar. The Rock of Gibraltar dominates the peninsula, home to the Barbary macaques, Europe's only wild monkey population. Cable cars run up to the top for views across the strait toward Africa.
• Cádiz, Spain. One of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in Western Europe, with a walkable old town on a narrow peninsula, a cathedral, and coastal watchtowers.
• La Coruña, Spain. Home to the Tower of Hercules, the oldest Roman lighthouse still in use anywhere in the world, and a walkable waterfront.
• Bilbao, Spain. The Guggenheim Museum's titanium curves are the city's best-known landmark, with the older Casco Viejo old town nearby for a contrast in style.
• La Rochelle, France. A historic Atlantic port marked by two medieval stone towers at the harbor entrance, with a walkable old town built around centuries of maritime trade.
• Kiel, Germany. A Baltic port city known for its sailing culture and as the gateway to the Kiel Canal, connecting the North Sea to the Baltic.
• Sea days (4 total). With no port to explore, these are good days for the ship itself: the pools, the Galleria's shops and bars, a show at the theater, or simply resting up before the next stop. MSC Euribia's indoor spaces, including the covered promenade, make sea days comfortable even if the weather turns cooler as you move north.

France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and Denmark are all part of the Schengen Area. US and Canadian passport holders do not currently need a visa for stays of up to 90 days. Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory and not part of Schengen, but as a short port stop, it does not typically require any separate visa for US or Canadian travelers. This is a one-time seasonal repositioning sailing, scheduled for a specific departure date as the ship transitions between its Mediterranean and Northern Europe seasons. Since the itinerary moves through very different climates over 14 nights, from the Mediterranean to the North Sea and Baltic, weather and temperatures vary considerably along the route. There's no fixed deposit. To confirm your booking, you can either pay in full at once or set up an installment plan. The website shows a suggested plan split into 2 payments, but our agents will advise on the best option for your dates, and the final payment must be made no later than 100 days before departure.
