All transportation throughout your holiday is included for your convenience. Upon arrival at Phuket International Airport, you will be met and transferred directly to Mandarava Resort & Spa. After your stay in Phuket, an included road transfer will take you to Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak, a scenic journey of approximately 90 minutes along Thailand's beautiful Andaman coastline. At the end of your holiday, your final transfer from Khao Lak back to Phuket International Airport is also included, so there is no need to arrange any transportation independently.

Round-trip international flights are included in the package price, with alternative departure airports available on request. Seat selection, additional checked baggage, extra luggage allowance and cabin upgrades, including Premium Economy or Business Class, are not included but can be arranged by the Yes Getaways team before departure, subject to airline availability and applicable supplements. Some of the most popular experiences include day trips to the Phi Phi Islands, the spectacular Similan Islands, Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island, as well as ethical elephant sanctuary visits, bamboo rafting, Thai cooking classes, ATV adventures and sightseeing tours of Phuket Old Town, Big Buddha and Wat Chalong.

At present, Thailand does not generally charge the type of city tax commonly found in many European destinations. Phuket and Khao Lak enjoy a warm tropical climate throughout the year, making them ideal beach destinations in every season. The most popular time to visit is between November and April, when temperatures generally range between 28°C and 32°C (82°F to 90°F), rainfall is low and the sea is calm, providing ideal conditions for swimming, snorkelling and island-hopping excursions. Between May and October, the region experiences its green season, bringing occasional tropical showers that are often short-lived, fewer visitors and lush landscapes. During the dry season, attractions such as the Similan Islands are fully open and offer some of the best snorkelling and diving conditions in Thailand.
