Why We Love This Deal
Florence or Cinque Terre. Every Mediterranean cruise makes you choose. This one gives you both.
Seven nights on the Sun Princess from Barcelona to Rome. No days at sea. Mallorca on day two. Marseille and Provence on day three. Corsica, one of the most dramatic islands in the Mediterranean and one of the few itineraries that actually goes there, on day four. Genoa and Portofino on day five. Two full days at La Spezia on days six and seven. Florence on one. Cinque Terre on the other. Rome at dawn on day eight.
The Sun Princess is Princess Cruises' newest flagship, launched in 2024. It is not a ship you tolerate between ports. The Grand Plaza atrium rises four storeys with a stained glass dome and marble floors. The dining spans Crown Grill, Sabatini's Italian Trattoria, The Butcher's Block by Dario, and Alfredo's Pizzeria, voted best pizza at sea by USA Today. The Lotus Spa, three pools, a Broadway theatre, and the Sanctuary adults-only retreat complete a ship that was designed from the outset to feel like a luxury hotel that happens to move.
Full board included throughout. One night in Barcelona before you board, and one night in Rome after you dock. Every transfer between airports, hotels, and ports arranged at both ends.
Barcelona (1 night) → Cruise (7 nights) → Rome (1 night)
Six ports. Three countries: Palma de Mallorca, Spain → Marseille, France → Corisca, France → Genoa, Italy → La Spezia, Italy → Civitavecchia, Rome
La Spezia doesn't come twice very often, and neither does this opportunity.
