The Italy by Train package by Yes Getaways includes 10 nights: 3 nights in Venice, 3 nights in Florence, and 4 nights in Rome.

Round-trip flights, airport transfers, train tickets between Venice, Florence and Rome, hotel accommodation, booking-related taxes & fees, and an expert trip manager are all included.

This is a self-guided rail journey, giving you the freedom to explore Italy at your own pace while travelling comfortably between cities by train.

Meals, optional experiences, and transfers between hotels and train stations are not included.

Your train tickets between Venice, Florence and Rome are fully included throughout your journey.

You'll travel from Venice to Florence on Day 4, continue from Florence to Rome on Day 7, and remain in Rome until your departure on Day 11.

The journey from Venice to Florence takes approximately 2 hours, while the journey from Florence to Rome takes approximately 1.5 hours, making train travel a fast and convenient way to explore Italy.

Your included train journeys are booked for specific departure times. If you'd like to request different departure times or enquire about seating upgrades, please contact the Yes Getaways team before booking. Changes after ticket issuance are subject to availability and applicable fees.

Transfers between your hotels and the train stations are not included, but Italy's extensive public transportation network makes travelling to and from the stations straightforward.

• Venezia Santa Lucia Station is located directly on the Grand Canal and is easily accessible from central Venice by vaporetto or on foot.
• Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station is centrally located and within walking distance of many hotels and major attractions.
• Roma Termini Station is centrally located and well connected by metro, bus, taxi, and other local transportation.

Taxis and local public transportation are also readily available in all three cities.

Yes. Airport transfers are included upon arrival in Venice and again for your departure from Rome at the end of your holiday.

Your arrival transfer will take you from Venice Airport to your hotel, allowing you to settle in comfortably at the beginning of your trip.

On your final day, your included transfer will take you from your Rome hotel to the airport.

Transfers between your hotels and the train stations are not included.

Yes Getaways offers a selection of 3 to 5-star hotels in Venice, Florence and Rome.

Hotels are assigned based on availability while maintaining the selected hotel category and are generally well connected to public transportation and the main attractions.

This is a fully independent holiday, allowing you to discover Venice, Florence and Rome at your own pace.

You can enhance your trip with optional experiences such as Murano, Burano and Torcello boat excursions, Florence guided tours, Uffizi or Accademia Gallery visits, Tuscan wine tastings, Colosseum and Roman Forum tours, and Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel experiences.

Checked luggage is not always included, as this depends on the airline and fare selected for your travel dates.
